I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton in Grand Rapids for a weekend getaway. the hotel was impeccably clean and secure, with a unique room security feature I appreciated. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the environmentally friendly amenities and personalized touches in the room. the lobby was cozy and well-appointed, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Booked Hearing Accessible room with many USB ports for charging and the patio, as for instance, which I really appreciated. Booked the hotel for its great location close to pubs, Van Andel Arena, and LMCU baseball field. The staff was very, very nice and consistently courteous, I stayed for 3 nights.

Got an updated and extremely spacious double room with many USB ports for charging when I arrived, really enjoyed that. the breakfast had lots of options and included muffins and eggs. Welcoming staff suggested restaurants.

Our room was amazingly comfortable and beautiful with many USB ports for charging. the room had a safe box, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. - the location of the hotel was marvelous and magnificent - approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Aj's Family Fun Center.

The staff here is extremely friendly and always polite when answering questions.
